1. Warranty on your purchase of Cartridge World branded ink and toner;
Cartridge World guarantees that cartridges remanufactured by our company will perform as well as the branded original under similar conditions.
If you are dissatisfied with the results, please inform; Our Customer Helpline:777-777-85 or simply return the goods to any of our shops in Cyprus. To ensure your satisfaction; we will: Replace the faulty cartridge, or Credit the full amount against a new cartridge, or provide a full refund.
The original manufacturer refers to the number of pages a cartridge will print based upon a 5% page coverage; which in reality is not a great deal of text or graphics.
2. Warranty covering your Printer;
Using a remanufactured/refilled /compatible cartridge will not invalidate your existing printer warranty. By law, the manufacturer must adhere to the warranty as long as the cartridge itself is not the cause of the problem.
If you face a problem, let us check it for you: Call our Customer Helpline: 777-777-85. In the unlikely event that a Cartridge World cartridge does cause damage to your printer; Cartridge World will undertake the repair or reimburse the repair charge for any such valid claim.
This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under local legislation.
3. Laptops and Pc's
IF YOU REQUIRE SERVICE: Return the item to any Cartridge World shop with an explanation of the problem. We will endeavor to have the device repaired (from the manufacturer if under warranty) within 5 working days (excl courier delivery). Or faster still if the repair is undertaken by our own in-house technicians. We will inform you of progress and if there are any unexpected delays (due to parts availability).
NOTE: Before you return the product to us make sure to backup the data on to another storage device. Remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information and removable media such as non-relevant CD's. DMG Trading Ltd; trading as Cartridge World Cyprus are not responsible for any of your confidential, proprietary or personal information: loss or corrupted data; or damaged or lost removable media.
The limited warranty period varies with the product purchased.
The limited warranty period does not cover problems that result from:
Accident, viruses, misuse or electrical surges or spikesIssues caused by telecommunication or Internet Service Providers
Failure to follow instructions or changes/modifications to operating systems
Products for which the company has not been paid for or not purchased from us.
4. RETURN POLICY:
If the appliance that you purchased from us works fine, but you would like to exchange it, you can bring it back for credit on another purchase within 7 days of the original date of your invoice.
Your return must be authorized by one of our sales representatives, be returned 'complete' in the original packaging, and be in its original condition 'as new' (we have the final say on acceptability of condition). You will be able to use your credit for future purchases only, with no refund in part. If you don't want to buy another device from us, we can take back the product(s) and issue you a refund, however a 20% restocking fee will apply on refunded purchases.
THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISTRICTION TO JURISTRICTION. OUR RESPONSIBILITY AS DMG TRADING LTD (TRADING AS CARTRIDGE WORLD CYPRUS) FOR MALFUNCTIONS AND DEFECTS IN HARDWARE IS LIMITED TO REPAIR AND REPLACEMENT AS SET FORTH IN THIS WARRANTY STATEMENT.
ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR THE PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN TIME TO THE TERM OF THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD, NO WARRANTIES WILL APPLY AFTER THE LIMITED WARRANTY PERIOD HAS EXPIRED. DMG TRADING LTD DO NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES PROVIDED FOR IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LIABILITY FOR THIRD-PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST YOU FOR DAMAGES, FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE, OR FOR LOST DATA, LOST SOFTWARE AND PROFITS.
OUR LIABILITY WILL BE NO MORE THAN THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT IS THE SUBJECT OF A CLAIM, THIS IS THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT FOR WHICH WE DMG TRADING LTD ARE RESPONSIBLE.
Special Offers: May only be valid for internet purchases and is valid while stock lasts. In some instances, Special Offer product may be limited to one piece per customer. After Special Offer the product will revert back to its regular selling price.
Advertising: We try hard to stock enough product before we advertise it, based on expected demand (due to our past experience) in the event we sell-out the offer ends with the last product sold; therefore all advertised specials are 'whilst stocks last'.
